You're surrounded by people and you still can't say what you're actually thinking. That's what I'm here for.
You're making calls that affect hundreds of people and millions of dollars. And you can't get out of your own head.
You got everything you wanted. And something still doesn't feel right.
There's a voice that says you're not the one who should be leading what's next. And there's nobody you can say that to.
You're not growing and you can't figure out why. Something that used to work stopped working.
You're in the middle of a transition and the old playbook doesn't apply. New venture, exit, leadership change. Or the harder one, figuring out what you actually want.
We spend 90 minutes getting into where you actually are. Professionally, personally, and the space between the two. I spend most of it listening. For what you are saying, and for what you are not saying. By the end you will have said things you have never said out loud. This is where I learn your world. And where you start to see it differently.
This is an annual retainer. We meet regularly, typically weekly or biweekly depending on what you are navigating. The rhythm is something we calibrate together and it changes as your life and work evolve. I am fully in your corner for the entire year. I keep the number of people I work with extremely small so I have the space to fully immerse in your world. I am thinking about your life between our conversations, not just during them.
After every conversation I send detailed written notes. They are what I saw underneath what we discussed and the patterns I am tracking across months of our work together. Over the course of a year these become a written record of your own evolution in a level of detail you have never had from anyone. You will come back to them and see things you were not ready to see the first time.

I work privately with a small number of CEOs, founders and investors, almost always by referral, on the inner game.
The stuff I help with doesn't have a playbook. It's the things you can't bring to your board or your spouse or your team.
You need someone who can sit in the complexity with you and actually help you see through it. That's what I do.
I listen more than I talk. I pick up on the things people don't say out loud. The patterns, the blind spots, the story you've been telling yourself that stopped being true a while ago.
I've been doing this work for 15 years. I've hosted 300+ conversations on my podcast What Got You There with people like Frank Slootman, Howard Marks, Brunello Cucinelli, Annie Duke, and Scott O'Neil. Thousands of hours studying how the best in the world think and what breaks down at the highest levels. That's in the room with me every time I coach.
I've written three books, including Masterpiece in Progress. I've sat across from public company CEOs, billionaire investors, Olympic gold medalists, and Navy SEALs. But the deepest work I do is one on one. That's where things actually change.
An essay on how I approach my craft. Lessons learned spending thousands of hours of private work with CEOs, founders, investors, and professional athletes.

These aren't surface-level interviews. They're deep explorations of what it actually takes to operate at the highest level — the same insights that inform my executive coaching and leadershipdevelopment work.
